Position’s overview
We are seeking for a Sales Administrator (Indoor) to join our Team in Sales Department. This is a role where previous experience (as Sales Administrator) and multitasking capabilities are keys for a high performance.
Responsibilities:
Keeping up with the company’s services and goals.
Ensuring that existing and new clients contact details are up to date.
Answer clients calls and efficiently as well as effectively, respond to their requests.
Maintain relationships with customers through phone calls and emails resolving communication gaps and day-to-day operational issues.
Follow up shipments ensuring a provision of professional level of customer service for our clients.
Preparing weekly as well as monthly reports for our Sales Manager.
Monitor clients performance and sales volumes.
Perform other departmental related activities as requested by our Sales Manager.
Skills and Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in Forwarding and Logistics sector.
A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Ability to work within a team.
High level of communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt to changing working demands.
Professional attitude and pleasant personality.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to operate in a demanding – fast paced environment.
Freightplus Software knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
