Job description
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
Responsibilities:
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including providing documents to clients, adding/editing information in company’s and government’s systems.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that pricing strategies align with overall business objectives.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
