Job description

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks


  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including providing documents to clients, adding/editing information in company’s and government’s systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that pricing strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
